Hi ambitious young professional!

Are you ready to discover the world of Private Equity? Do you want to be directly involved in ongoing deals and projects, take ownership of your own tasks, and contribute to the success of the companies we invest in? Then we’re looking for you!

At Bolster Investment Partners, you’ll have the opportunity to become part of our team and work as a fully-fledged colleague. You’ll be involved in every stage of the deal cycle – from initial contact to the final investment – and work alongside us on challenging projects that make an impact. Your ideas matter and will be given the space to come to life.

What will you be doing?

From day one, you’ll be involved in ongoing deals and projects. As part of our team, you’ll evaluate and assess investment opportunities and have the chance to contribute to every stage of the deal cycle. In addition, you’ll help our portfolio companies achieve their objectives.

Who are we looking for?

You’re an ambitious and driven student with outstanding academic results. You also bring the following qualities:

  • You are in the master’s phase of an academic programme such as Finance, Business Administration, Econometrics, or Accounting. We are also open to other backgrounds (e.g. STEM), provided you have an affinity with Finance.
  • You have relevant extracurricular experience, such as a board position, masterclasses, or (volunteer) work.
  • Previous experience in consultancy, corporate finance, banking, venture capital, and/or private equity is a plus.
  • You have strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • You take initiative and are persuasive.
  • You can work independently, but also function well as part of a team.
  • You have excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in Dutch is essential for this role, as it is the working language for much of our day-to-day communication and interaction with portfolio companies. You also speak and write English fluently.

What do we offer?

  • An internship of 5 to 6 months in which you will be a full member of our Investment Team.
  • Hands-on experience in Private Equity, with the opportunity to develop your skills.
  • A unique chance to learn from experienced professionals and build a valuable network.

We are continuously looking for ambitious interns. A new internship position becomes available every 2-3 months. Are you the person who wants to help us build successful investments?

Does an internship at Bolster appeal to you, and do you recognise yourself in the profile? Then apply now! Send your motivation letter, CV, and academic transcript(s) to rosa.neuberg@bolsterinvestments.nl and let’s get to know each other.

During my internship at Bolster, I developed a strong interest in the world of private equity. I was given immediate responsibility and was actively involved in closing a new deal, as well as advising a portfolio company throughout my internship.
