These top talents follow the two-year ORMIT traineeship which encourages them to get the best out of themselves and takes them through a full training program primarily focused on personal leadership. After completing the traineeship most of the talents get a job with the participating organizations.
In 2010, Bolster Investment Partners acquired a 31% stake in the fast-growing specialist in traineeships. Since then ORMIT has successfully expanded the business in the Netherlands and Belgium.
