Bolster is selling its stake in Partinzo Group in a management buy-out to Provence Holding. Partinzo Group is a specialized service provider within the disability care, youth care, elderly care and mental health care sectors in the Netherlands.
With more than 800 healthcare professionals employed, Partinzo supports care institutions with care‑related and capacity challenges. Partinzo Group, consisting of the labels Careflex, Advizo, Medical and Ambinex, supports and unburdens its care partners with tailor‑made solutions through subcontracting, secondment, training and coaching.
Bolster acquired a shareholding in Careflex Zorg Groep, the predecessor of today’s Partinzo, in 2018. Since then, the organization has experienced strong growth: the number of employees increased from approximately 350 to more than 800 professionals. In addition, the company completed several acquisitions in recent years, including Medical Groep, Advizo and HaKa. Revenue, services and geographic coverage grew substantially, and Partinzo has now developed into the leading care specialist in its field in the Netherlands.
Robbert van Kampen, Partner at Bolster: “We are incredibly proud of the development Partinzo has undergone in recent years. Together with the management team, a strong organization has been built that has grown into an institution in complex care in the Netherlands. Bolster is saying goodbye after a successful period of nearly eight years as shareholder. We wish Partinzo every success for the future.”
Nardo Veldhuijzen, Director of Partinzo Group: “We are far from finished with enthusiastically and energetically steering and leading this wonderful organization. This step gives us the space to continue building, with renewed focus, on the stability and continuity of Partinzo. We move forward as an organization with a family‑business culture that has always been our foundation, enriched with all the knowledge and experience Bolster has brought over the past years. We would like to thank Bolster for the pleasant and successful cooperation over the past eight years.”
The proposed transaction is still subject to approval by the Dutch Healthcare Authority (NZa).
