Executive search firm Holtrop Ravesloot will join the Leeuwendaal Alliance as of 1 May. With this step, Leeuwendaal strengthens its position as a multidisciplinary consultancy, creating a distinctive combination in the Dutch market. Holtrop Ravesloot brings deep expertise in leadership diagnostics and a strong network in both the private and public sectors.
The addition follows the earlier entry of Hiemstra & De Vries and Lagerweij into the Alliance and aligns with Leeuwendaal’s growth strategy. By combining complementary areas of expertise, the collective impact is further increased, resulting in an even broader and deeper offering for clients.

Founded in 1960, Holtrop Ravesloot is considered the first executive search firm in the Netherlands. The firm focuses on identifying and selecting executives, directors, and supervisory board members for both the public and private sectors. Its consultants combine executive search with a highly developed diagnostic approach, placing deep insight into drivers, leadership style, and personal values at the centre.
